Stay in the B&B

Let us accommodate your out-of-town guests or your wedding party the days surrounding the event. Treat yourself to a relaxing and elegant stay.

Vendors

You are free to select from our preferred caterers, any florist, all musicians, any photographers, etc. We will work closely with them the day of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Decorations

You are welcome to have Sash Wedding add decorations to the estate, however, the grounds and views are so special that many find it’s not necessary to add much. You will be responsible for clean-up and removal of personal decorations.

Rental equipment

i.e., wine glasses, dance floors, additional chairs, arches, etc. are the responsibility of the guest. We will work with you to accommodate delivery, set-up, and pick-up schedules.

Alcohol service

Thompson Hill Cellars will provide the wine and beer service. This includes the permitted servers and set-up and take-down.

Indoor access

the estate is limited to the guest party before and after the event. The house will be locked throughout the duration of the event. Special arrangements can be made for elderly guests or special needs.

Backup Plan

We will do everything we can to react the inclement weather. Our “plan B” will vary depending on the size of the party and conditions. More than likely the tents will be reconfigured i.e., add the clear outside walls, open the lower level, open the wine cellar.

25% deposit and signed contract to reserve date
